As your designer, my goal is to always ensure your project outcome, whether kitchen design, bathroom design, complete interior design, or any space planning is one that is visually stimulating, spatially functional, and uniquely designed to meet your needs. I look to elevate your space(s) that you live in, work in, spaces that serve you, spaces that you share with others, and spaces that you will enjoy

for years to come!

Let's CURATE Your Sphere!

Hi, I am Shelly!

Since successful design has been proven to have clear psychological and physiological impact on lives evoking positivity, uplifted moods, reduced stress, reduced anxiety and increased productivity; good design can enhance the quality of the life you live. Designing and curating elements within a home or workspace as simplistic or as complex as it may demand allows lifestyles to be enhanced, creates more meaning as well as a greater sense of well-being.

My philosophies and practices around interior/exterior design are to incorporate and highlight what is most celebrated by you in your living and or workspaces. Because I feel it is important for everyone to focus on living a healthier, happier, more meaningful, and better-balanced life; I work to design and enhance spaces that positively influence human experience.

Influenced by my bi-coastal experiences and travel; I celebrate creating spaces that are comfortable, functional, inviting, and harmonious to be in. These are spaces that you will want to live in, share, celebrate, and enjoy.

CURATE Designs LLC was launched at the on start of the covid pandemic. Uncertainty was the overriding status of all, especially how we were expected to work in the spaces in which we lived. With the cost of Bay Area real estate this proved to be a challenge for so many. Homes needed to function better, look better, feel better and enable families to work harmoniously together. While our lives thankfully are getting back to what we knew prior to the pandemic, we have now looked at our homes differently. As we look to optimize almost everything in our lives, why wouldn’t we look to optimize the spaces in which we work and live? Let's Curate Your Sphere!

It has been said that if you do what you love, you'll never work another day, and I can say, I believe that adage!

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from

San Jose State University with a minor in Fine Arts.
